Caritas Tal-Ibwar offers residential and non-residential therapeutic programmes for adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17, whose substance use is directly causing significant negative effects in their lives. Caritas Tal-Ibwar also offers several psychosocial services, working in collaboration with the adolescents’ caregivers and family members.

The premises offer a home-like facility surrounded by agricultural land. The residential quarters include en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining / living room, a digital media lab, a clinic and ample use of the outdoor areas such as a multipurpose turf pitch, a BBQ area, reflection areas in the garden, and an assault course.
